Goff Will Complete At Least 65% Of His Passes

A mark that Goff has yet to reach in his career, 2020 will see Goff complete more than 65% of his passes.

Now he certainly has been close. His three years as a starter with the Rams has seen passing completion percentages of 62.1%, 64.9% and 62.9%. In fact, he’s been super close.

But this is the year he finally does it. He is going to be asked to throw the ball more than before. Not having a true passing back will hurt Goff, as he can’t just easily dump it into the flat or throw a screen pass.

However, Goff will be able to get over that threshold. He was close in 2018 (0.1% away in fact) but he’ll get it in 2020.
