The Offense Has Weapons

One of the Rams’ top receivers in Brandin Cooks was traded to the Houston Texans, and this certainly a significant loss for the offense.

However, Cooks and Goff never really connected well last season, only producing a total of 583 yards and 2 touchdowns. Even with this loss, the Rams still remain a top tier offense with receivers such as Robert Woods and Cooper Kupp.

As well, the team added two new receivers in Van Jefferson and Greg Dortch that could help contribute as well. With some fresh faces in the locker room, the hope is that it will be a young and revamped offense that can handle any defense in the NFL.

Overall, Goff has what he needs from a talent perspective at the receiver position to be successful leading the Rams’ offense. It already appears he’s finding a rhythm with Jefferson in training camp.
