No. 1 — 2010, Week 10 vs. Washington Redskins

Date: November 15th, 2010

Score: Eagles, 59; Redskins, 28

If there’s any debate as to if this is the best game Michael Vick has ever played in the NFL, perhaps what he told the Associated Press after the game serves as the great equalizer: “I’ve had some great games in my day,” the quarterback said. “But I don’t think I’ve had one quite like this one.”

By game’s end, Vick’s numbers went as follows: 20-of-28, 333 yards, 4 touchdowns, and zero interceptions. And, he doubled that up with eight carries, 80 yards and two touchdowns.

In a vacuum, this random Week 10 game is just one of a million games in league history, but it had quite a few memories. From Albert Haynesworth — Washington’s $100 million man — taking a nap on the ground during an extended play to the epic pre-build of Donovan McNabb’s redemption game, Michael Vick stood as the star of the show.

The Eagles ran off 45 points by the end of the first half, and Vick’s play was a part of it. To this day, no player in NFL history has produced that statline (at least 300 passing yards, 50 rushing yards, four passing TDs, and 2 rushing TDs). Fantasy football fans were likely thankful too, given how Monday Night Football plays typically set up comeback-type games. Vick’s 2010 led to the most fantasy points in a single game by a QB in NFL history, with 49.32.
