2. Lamar Jackson’s Second MVP Campaign Gets Off To A Huge Start
After winning the NFL MVP award last season, the quest for two in a row will be difficult. Jackson will have to beat out a healthy Patrick Mahomes, who is fresh off of a massive payday. In Week 1, Jackson will prove that he is going to make a strong run at the award.
Jackson will dominate the field with his arm and with his legs. He may not run as much this season as he did last, but he will still pick and choose when to use his athleticism.
The Ravens will see Jackson rack up 300 passing yards and three touchdowns. He will also pick up between 70 and 80 yards on the ground to go along with another score.
While there are questions about the Ravens’ offense, Jackson will answer them. He has enough pieces around him to make him dangerous. No one should be seriously doubting the Baltimore offense after their performance against the Browns.
