From year one to year two, Metcalf is going to make a major jump. He played well in his first NFL season and also now knows what he needs to focus on in his training.

With a hard offseason of work, Metcalf should come into the 2020 season with better route-running ability. His speed and size will still make him a dynamic deep threat. Metcalf will rack up over 1,100 yards and at least 12 touchdowns.

That kind of a jump will place Metcalf among the young stars in the league. The Seahawks ended up getting a massive steal with the No. 64 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.
