Steelers: 5 Reasons It’s Time to Panic About Pittsburgh

Mike Tomlin Seems to Have Lost the Locker Room

Perhaps the most important point that will be made in this list is that Mike Tomlin doesn’t seem to have control of his football team. That isn’t something that we have talked about in years past. Tomlin is one of the most intimidating coaches in the league, but when players tune a coach out, change usually follows.

Tomlin has been the head coach of the Steelers since the 2007 season. He has led the Steelers to a 116-61 record in that time span. Impressive numbers, to say the least.

If the Steelers are forced to consider a change of head coaches, a rebuild will likely follow. Roethlisberger could find himself on his way out of town and Pittsburgh will already have lost Bell. A rebuild is the last thing that fans want to see with the continued success their team has had.

Pittsburgh needs Tomlin to get things back under control and get his locker room back moving forward.
