The Green Bay Packers came through with a huge win over the New Orleans Saints on Sunday night in one of their biggest games of the season. Aaron Rodgers and the offense put up 37 points to knock off the Saints, who put up 30 points themselves.
Rodgers put up another MVP-caliber performance against the Saints. He completed 21 of his 32 pass attempts for 283 yards, three touchdowns, and no interceptions. It’s time to recognize that he is back and that his production will make the Packers a legitimate Super Bowl contender.
Aaron Jones did not have a massive performance like did against the Detroit Lions in Week 2. However, he did end up carrying the football 16 times for 69 yards and a score. Allen Lazard had a massive game with six catches for 146 yards and a touchdown.
Without Davante Adams on the field, the Packers still looked like an elite offense. All of the criticism and questions surrounding their offense have been answered.
All of that being said, let’s take a look at a few studs and duds from this week’s game for the Packers.
