Taking a look at Khalil Mack’s 2019 season for the Bears

Khalil Mack has been one of the elite pass rushers in the NFL over the last few years. Since being traded to the Chicago Bears, expectations have been even higher. He performed admirably last season in his first year with the team and helped lead them to being one of the top contenders in the NFC.

Unfortunately, Mack and the Bears came up well short of their expectations in 2020. Chicago didn’t look right from their Week 1 matchup against the Green Bay Packers.

The struggles of quarterback Mitchell Trubisky were obvious. Chicago could never figure out how to get things going offensively. Defensively, on the other hand, they were solid, but not as dominant as they once were.

All of that being said, let’s dive in and take a look at the season Mack put together and just how good he really was.
