The 2020 NFL Draft is full of wide receiver talent. This is the deepest draft class of wide receivers that we have seen in a very long time. There is a chance that five or more receivers be taken in the first round. This is due to the fact that these prospects are so talented and plenty of teams need some new pass catchers.
Jerry Jeudy, CeeDee Lamb, and Henry Ruggs III have dominated headlines leading up to the draft. These three players all have a chance to be drafted in the top 15 but we are forgetting one player that has played in back-to-back National Championship Games.
Tee Higgins is going to make one team very happy on draft night. The 6’4 receiver finished top 10 in the nation in touchdowns with 13. He was also 19th in receiving yards with 1,167. Higgins averaged 19.8 yards per reception in Clemson’s explosive offense.
Higgins was Trevor Lawrence’s favorite target for two seasons. There is no doubt that Higgins is a first round talent but the question remains, which team will be fall to? These three teams would be a perfect fit for the former Clemson Tiger.
