The big mistake the Steelers made in the 2020 NFL Draft

The 2020 NFL Draft was full of talent and quite a few teams took a big step forward with the picks they were able to make. While the Pittsburgh Steelers should be happy with their draft, there was a big mistake that was made.

Obviously, the Steelers did not have a first-round pick in this year’s draft. That put them in a rough situation to begin with. After missing the playoffs last season, Pittsburgh is motivated to bounce back and make the postseason in 2020.

With their first pick in the draft, the Steelers ended up taking Notre Dame wide receiver Chase Claypool with the No. 49 overall pick. It was a solid pick, but they missed out on taking a player that could have been even bigger for their future.

All of that being said, let’s take a look at the big mistake that the Steelers made in the second round of the 2020 NFL Draft.
