The Ravens made history with their rushing attack in 2019

The Baltimore Ravens were one of the biggest surprises in the 2019 NFL season. Not only did they compete for a playoff spot like they were hoping to, but they also ended up finishing as the No. 1 seed in the NFL with a 14-2 record. Lamar Jackson and Mark Ingram were a big part of their success.

Jackson and Ingram actually led the Ravens to a historical season. According to Pro Football Talk, the Ravens were the first team since the 2011 Denver Broncos to rack up more rushing yardage than passing yardage in a season.

Now, the Ravens are heading into their first playoff game of the year at home against the Tennessee Titans. In what may seem like a fairly easy matchup for the Ravens, they cannot afford to take this team lightly. The Titans are fresh off of eliminating Tom Brady and the New England Patriots from the playoffs.

All of that being said, it will be interesting to see what kind of playoff success Jackson and the Ravens are able to have. A Super Bowl run is not out of the question, but their rushing game will be a huge part of determining where they end up.
