Start in all 16 games for the Vikings
When highlighting Cook’s biggest weaknesses, his most glaring one is his durability. Dating back to his days at Florida State, Cook has been plagued by a variety of injuries.
Before his first collegiate season, Cook tore his shoulder labrum after bracing himself from a fall while going up a flight of stairs.
As for his career in the NFL thus far, Cook has missed a total of 19 games in his first three years with the Vikings. While he was able to start in a career-high 14 games last season, Cook still missed two games due to an AC joint sprain.
Given his injury woes in his first three seasons in the NFL, it would be surprising to see him suit up in all 16 games for the Vikings in 2020. Nonetheless, with him heading into a contract year, Cook is going to prove to everyone that he can be trusted, starting in all 16 games for Minnesota this season.
