Vikings: 3 early goals for WR Adam Thielen in 2020

The Minnesota Vikings are going to have somewhat of a new-look offense in 2020. With the move to trade star wide receiver Stefon Diggs to the Buffalo Bills, the Vikings are banking on Adam Thielen to get back to being the star that he was back in 2018.

Thielen’s 2019 season was hampered by a nagging hamstring injury. Every time he would try to come back, it seemed he would suffer a setback with the injury. Looking ahead to 2020, the Vikings are going to need him healthy and producing.

During the 2019 season with the Vikings, Thielen ended up being able to play in just 10 games. He caught 30 passes for 418 yards and six touchdowns. The numbers weren’t horrible for what Thielen dealt with.

Kirk Cousins is happy to have rookie wide receiver Justin Jefferson on board to help replace Diggs. Minnesota has Taje Sharpe and Bisi Johnson on the roster, who can play roles within the offense.

All of that being said, let’s take a look at three early goals for star wide receiver Adam Thielen in 2020 with the Vikings.
