They Have A Ton Of Talent And A Lot Going For Them

The Minnesota Vikings are the best bet to win the NFC North in the 2020 season. They have a lot of things going for them. The Vikings have an underrated quarterback in Kirk Cousins.

Cousins has a good group of running backs, with Dalvin Cook being the headliner. Adam Thielen is as solid as a rock and Kyle Rudolph is one of the better tight ends in football.

Defensively, they have an elite safety in Harrison Smith. They have a top notch pass rusher in Danielle Hunter, who is coming off a 14.5 sack season. Hunter, Anthony Barr, and Eric Kendricks gives Minnesota a very potent front seven trio. In terms of returning talent, the Vikings are in a good situation.

The Vikings had a strong offseason. The combination of Tajae Sharp and Justin Jefferson should help replace the production of Stefon Diggs. Diggs went to the Buffalo Bills, while the Vikings got a ton of draft ammunition.

Jefferson is a rookie who should seamlessly transition into the NFL. He comes into the league as a strong route runner and a sneaky good playmaker. Sharpe happens to be a player with big play potential. He fits perfectly in Minnesota and he could take the next step up in his career because of it.

The addition of Jeff Gladney, a tough rookie cornerback out of TCU, should help a mostly young secondary. When you put all of these positives together, the Vikings have a lot figured out. This is a team coming off a 10-6 season that could realistically see 13 wins this year.
