Ezekiel Ansah, Defensive End

Finally, the Redskins could use another pass rusher and Ezekiel Ansah would fill that need. He isn’t going to come cheap, but if Washington could snag him, their defense would be much more dangerous.

Ansah has played all six of his NFL season with the Lions. Detroit has been unable to offer him a chance to compete for a Super Bowl. That isn’t to say that the Redskins are a Super Bowl contender right now, but they are only a few pieces away from making things interesting.

In the three games he has played this season for Detroit, Ansah has racked up six tackles and two sacks. Back in 2016, Ansah showed off his full potential with 44 tackles, 12.0 sacks, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery.

Washington needs as much playmakers as they can get on both sides of the football and signing Ansah would give them one of the most dangers pass rushers in the entire NFL.
