Dallas Cowboys fans had to be jumping out of their boots when they saw CeeDee Lamb still on the board at No. 17 this past NFL draft.

Regarded as one of the top two wide receivers in the draft, the product out of Oklahoma wasn’t expected to fall so far down the draft board. The Raiders elected to take Henry Ruggs III at No. 12 and the Broncos selected Jerry Jeudy at No. 15. Jerry Jones saw an opportunity to take the best player available and gave Dak Prescott and the offense a new highly talented weapon.

Lamb joins a dangerous offense in Dallas, with Ezekiel Elliot in the backfield and Amari Cooper and Michael Gallup at wide receiver. And, of course, Prescott at the helm.

While fans of fellow NFC East squads such as the Eagles, Giants, and Washington Football team fans can’t be too happy having to see Lamb in the blue and silver year in and year out for the foreseeable future, football fans should be.

With that being said, here are three reasons why fans should be excited about CeeDee Lamb in 2020.
