
As the Green Bay Packers prepare for the upcoming 2020 NFL Draft, absolutely no one has any clue what direction general manager Brian Gutekunst will choose to go. Some believe the Packers will take a wide receiver in the first round, but others think linebacker or any other position could be in play.
Rumors have been circulating that the Packers have interest in Utah State quarterback Jordan Love. That would require them to use the No. 30 overall pick on him if he is available. However, another option has surfaced.
According to a report from Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, the Packers are interested in Oklahoma star quarterback Jalen Hurts.
Hurts would be a perfect target for the Packers. He put together a massive season in 2019 with the Sooners and there is no question he has superstar potential. Taking a chance on him and developing him behind Aaron Rodgers would make a lot of sense.
