2. CeeDee Lamb, Wide Receiver, Oklahoma

Oklahoma star wide receiver CeeDee Lamb could also be an elite target for the Jets with this selection. New York needs a true No. 1 target even if they re-sign impending free agent receiver Robby Anderson.

Lamb is one of the top two wide receivers in this draft class alongside Alabama’s Jerry Jeudy. He caught 62 passes for 1,327 yards and 14 touchdowns in 2019. Those numbers average out to an impressive 21.4 yards per catch.

New York would be getting a top-notch playmaker and a guy who can also be a very good possession receiver. Sam Darnold’s job would get much easier with a talent like Lamb on board.
