This is a Baltimore team that led the NFL with 206 rushing yards per game in 2019. They are currently fifth through three games with 166.3 per game. There is a chance in this game for all three rushers to get going.
Washington lost Chase Young and Matt Ioannidis against the Browns. That allowed Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt to get comfortable on the ground.
When they faced the Arizona Cardinals in Week 2, Washington allowed Kyler Murray to run all over them and get in the end zone twice. Jackson is the best running quarterback in football, which means he should have room to navigate on Sunday. That will open up the read option plays for both Mark Ingram and J.K. Dobbins.
The Ravens are a run first team. They establish the run to set up the play-action passing game. That is what they will do in this game. Not to mention if they’re up big, Baltimore will wear down Washington’s defense on the ground.
