2. Kirk Cousins Will Finally Have A Breakout Performance
Most importantly, the Vikings are hoping to see franchise quarterback Kirk Cousins have a breakout performance. He absolutely should against the Texans’ defense.
Through three weeks this season, the Vikings haven’t seen much that shows Cousins can be a franchise quarterback. He has thrown for 623 yards, five touchdowns, and six touchdowns. The Vikings aren’t going to win with those numbers.
Minnesota has to receive better production from Cousins. Thankfully, that will happen this week with a major breakout performance.
Cousins will end up throwing for 325 yards and four touchdowns. He may throw one interception, but his numbers overall will look great.
