The Buffalo Bills came through with a huge 31-10 win over the Dallas Cowboys this past Sunday, and afterward, quarterback Josh Allen gave a pretty hilarious synopsis of the victory after completing just seven passes.

“I felt like the kid that didn’t do anything in the class project and still got an A,” Allen said, via Pro Football Focus.

Allen threw for a season-low 94 yards and a touchdown. He also carried the ball eight times for 24 yards and a score.

The Bills relied heavily on their run game in the victory, with running back James Cook racking up 179 yards and a touchdown on the ground. Additionally, Ty Johnson carried the ball nine times for 54 yards.

On the season overall, Allen has thrown for 3,541 yards, 26 touchdowns and 14 interceptions while completing 66.3 percent of his passes and posting a passer rating of 93.2. He has also rushed for 398 yards an 11 scores while averaging five yards per carry.

The 27-year-old, who played his collegiate football at the University of Wyoming, was selected by Buffalo with the seventh overall pick of the 2018 NFL Draft.

He got off to a slow start, finishing with 10 touchdowns and 12 picks during his rookie campaign, but the following year, Allen showed significant improvement, totaling 20 touchdowns and nine interceptions.

Josh Allen then proceeded to break out in his third season, throwing for 4,544 yards, 37 touchdowns and 10 picks while completing 69.2 percent of his passes and registering a passer rating of 107.2. Plus, he recorded 421 yards and eight scores while tallying 4.1 yards per tote on the ground.

The Firebaugh, Ca. native has posted 35 or more touchdown passes in each of his last three seasons and has also led the Bills to four straight playoff appearances.

Buffalo improved to 8-6 with its win over the Cowboys and is right in the thick of the Wild Card race in the AFC playoff picture. It will take on the Los Angeles Chargers next Saturday before facing the New England Patriots and Miami Dolphins to wrap up the regular season.
