Dallas Cowboys

The Dallas Cowboys added CeeDee Lamb using the 2020 NFL Draft to help boost their passing attack. While they may be throwing the ball more this season, they will still be a running team. Their ability to pass the ball should relieve some of the pressure off of Ezekiel Elliot.

Elliott got a massive contract extension last season. However, did struggle with consistency a bit last year. Although the Cowboys did feed him last year, their offense stalled far too often. If Dallas wants to make the playoffs, he will need to be at the top of his game.

With the added depth at wide receiver, opposing defenses will be forced to soften. The Cowboys still have one of the leagues best offensive lines. Elliot is still one of the league’s most talented running backs.

Elliott will be successful next season. The question is how successful? He is primed to record at least 1,500 rushing yards and 400 receiving yards next season. If Zeke can hit those numbers, the Cowboys should be a playoff team.
