Tom Brady Joins The Buccaneers
Seeing Tom Brady in a Tampa Bay jersey has been quite a sight, and with this season — Brady’s 21st overall — being his first not played with the New England Patriots, one thing is for certain, having lack of talented players around him won’t be the issue.
Brady joins a Tampa Bay team that does need some work on their offensive line compared to last season, but the future Hall of Fame quarterback has Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, O.J. Howard and Rob Gronkowski, to name just a few of the players he’ll be passing the football to.
Also, the Buccaneers have Ronald Jones II and Ke’Shawn Vaughn at running back, so a lack of talented players on the offense won’t be an issue for Brady. Let’s not forget, Tampa Bay also recently signed LeSean McCoy to add into the mix as well.
Brady is coming off a season where he passed for 4,057 yards with 24 touchdowns and eight interceptions. Brady was seventh in the NFL in passing yardage, and though some felt he lost a step in 2019 compared to years past, Brady is a player nobody better count out because he’s poised to have another “super” year in Tampa Bay in 2020.
