Trey Sermon Will Come In And Dominate
With JK Dobbins leaving Columbus and joining the Baltimore Ravens in the NFL Draft, the Buckeyes will need to find a new workhorse running back. Trey Sermon is coming in after playing his first three years with the Oklahoma Sooners and he will earn the starting job and dominate.
Last season with the Sooners, Sermon ended up carrying the football just 54 times for 385 yards and four touchdowns. Those numbers average out to an impressive 7.1 yards per carry.
Sermon has big-play potential and will embrace the big stage with Ohio State. Playing alongside Justin Fields will make Sermon’s job easier, but he will make a name for himself as well. He will be yet another in the long line of very successful Buckeyes’ running backs.
