The Oregon Ducks wrapped up their remarkable 2024 recruiting class with the official signing of 5-star wide receiver Gatlin Bair earlier this week.

However, during his signing day address, head coach Dan Lanning couldn’t contain his enthusiasm for the promising start the Ducks have made in assembling their 2025 class.

And it’s easy to see why Coach Lanning is excited. The Ducks have already secured the 12th-ranked recruiting class in the nation for 2025, positioning themselves favorably for numerous top-tier prospects.

Among these prospects is 4-star EDGE Nasir Wyatt, who appears to be leaning towards committing to the Ducks.

This week, two Crystal Ball predictions from 247Sports analysts Steve Wiltfong and Greg Biggins forecasted Wyatt’s commitment to Oregon, adding to the anticipation surrounding his decision.

Hailing from Mater Dei in California, Wyatt is highly regarded, holding the No. 27 overall player ranking in the 247Sports Composite and claiming the second spot among EDGE prospects nationwide.

Oregon’s pursuit of Wyatt has been persistent, spanning over a year of dedicated recruitment efforts. His recent visit to the Eugene campus, alongside a cohort of elite prep prospects, showcased the Ducks’ appeal.

With former Mater Dei standouts Aydin Breland and Jack Ressler already in the fold, Wyatt would find himself among familiar faces in Eugene, further enhancing the Oregon Ducks’ allure.
