As one of the most coveted players in the 2026 class, Carter recently announced an offer from the Wolverines, adding them to an extensive list of over 25 college programs vying for his commitment.
At 6-4 and 235 pounds, Carter has distinguished himself as a formidable presence on the field. In his sophomore year, he amassed 84 tackles, 15 sacks, and 14 tackles for loss, emerging as the linchpin of the Tigers’ defense.
His performance has earned him the No. 2 spot among defensive ends nationwide and the No. 10 spot overall in the 247Sports.com Composite Ranking.
Carter’s recruitment is becoming increasingly competitive, with recent visits to NC State, Tennessee, Auburn, and Florida.
