Predicting the 2020 NFL season for the Green Bay Packers

The Green Bay Packers are entering the 2020 NFL season with big hopes of contending for a Super Bowl appearance. After finishing the 2019 season with a 13-3 regular season record, the Packers made a run to the NFC Championship Game. Unfortunately, the San Francisco 49ers defeated them by a final score of 37-20.

Brian Gutekunst put together one of the strangest offseason of any NFL team. Making a push to the NFC Championship Game usually makes teams go all-in to win a Super Bowl. That wasn’t the case for the Packers.

In free agency, the Packers signed linebacker Christian Kirksey to replace Blake Martinez, offensive tackle Rick Wagner to replace Bryan Bulaga, and they also signed wide receiver Devin Funchess. Many thought another wide receiver would be taken early in the 2020 NFL Draft, but they didn’t take one the entire draft.

Instead, the Packers traded up in the first round to select Utah State quarterback Jordan Love. Now, there are a ton of questions facing Green Bay as they prepare for the 2020 NFL season.

All of that being said, let’s take a look at predictions for each game on the Packers’ schedule.
