Ranking the top five receiving corps entering the 2020 NFL season

2. Kansas City Chiefs

Notable WRs/TEs: Tyreek Hill, Sammy Watkins, Mecole Hardman, Demarcus Robinson, Travis Kelce

There’s no doubt that the Chiefs boast the most electric offense in the NFL, with Patrick Mahomes leading the charger under center. It goes without saying that Kansas City isn’t going to beat teams by having Mahomes hand the ball off 20 times a game.

Instead, Andy Reid and the Chiefs allow Mahomes to throw the ball down the field frequently to Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce. In addition to their dynamic duo of Hill and Kelce, Kansas City has speed at wide receiver in Sammy Watkins, Mecole Hardman, and Demarcus Robinson.

Seeing that the Chiefs are coming off of a Super Bowl victory, they are obviously doing something right. Even though Kansas City is top-heavy with Hill and Kelce, it’s hard not to recognize just how lethal the team’s passing game is.
