Ranking the top five receiving corps entering the 2020 NFL season

Richard Mackson-USA TODAY Sports

5. Los Angeles Rams

Notable WRs/TEs: Robert Woods, Cooper Kupp, Josh Reynolds, Van Jefferson, Tyler Higbee, Gerald Everett

For some odd reason, a lot of media pundits have undervalued just how good the Los Angeles Rams group of wide receivers are. While Brandin Cooks is now gone after being traded, the Rams still have Robert Woods, Cooper Kupp, Josh Reynolds, and rookie Van Jefferson.

Also, at the tight end position, Los Angeles has Tyler Higbee and Gerald Everett. So all in all, the Rams still have two 1,000-yard receivers and two tight ends that are weapons in the passing game.

Regardless of how Jared Goff and the offensive line perform in 2020, the Rams still boast a top-five receiving corps in the NFL. With Kupp, Reynolds, and Everett set to become free agents in 2021, it’s fair to question Los Angeles’ receiving group next year, but not right now.
