NFL: Ranking the starting quarterbacks in the NFC West

The NFC West has been one of the most competitive divisions in football for some time now. The division has boasted some of the best defenses of our generation, like Seattle’s Legion of Boom unit from the early 2010s or the Patrick Willis led 49ers defenses from the same time period.

When we look at the makeup up of the NFC West now, the elite quarterback play is what stands out the most. The four starting quarterbacks from the NFC West, Russell Wilson, Jared Goff, Kyler Murray and Jimmy Garoppolo, combined to throw 100 touchdowns last season and they had an average QB rating of 95.6.

Ranking these four is no easy task, as all four are very solid starting quarterbacks. But, only one can be the best. Here’s our ranking of the quarterbacks from the NFC West
