With the Dallas Cowboys hoping to make a run at the Super Bowl this season, here is one offer they must make for Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans.

After four games, the Dallas Cowboys are off to a 3-1 start and appear like they are one of the best teams in the NFC. Despite the shocking loss to the Arizona Cardinals, the Cowboys have handled the rest of their opponents rather easily. Against the New York Giants, New York Jets, and New England Patriots, the Cowboys have blown them all out.

While the Cowboys have been playing well, they know that they have some big competition in the NFC. Both the Philadelphia Eagles and San Francisco 49ers are poised to make a run at an NFC title once again, and they might have more firepower.

With that in mind, the Cowboys should make a run at Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans in a blockbuster trade. Here’s a potential proposal.

Our Trade Idea:

Cowboys Receive: Mike Evans

Buccaneers Receive: 2024 First-Round Pick, 2024 Third-Round Pick

One of the biggest things about the Cowboys potentially going after Evans is the success of the Buccaneers this season. Coming into the year, the Buccaneers were expected to have taken a step back after losing Tom Brady. However, it has been quite the opposite, as the Buccaneers are 3-1, with their only loss being to the Philadelphia Eagles.

Like always, Evans is having a strong season for the Buccaneers with Baker Mayfield throwing him the ball. So far this season, Evans has totaled 337 receiving yards, 20 receptions, and three receiving touchdowns.

For the Cowboys, adding a wide receiver might be something that the team needs to do to compete with the 49ers and Eagles. So far this season, the Cowboys have gotten great production from CeeDee Lamb at wide receiver, but after him, there isn’t much at the position. Adding a player like Evans would give Lamb a great counterpart on the outside, and would give Dak Prescott another weapon.

The Cowboys have a big game coming up against the 49ers this week, which could be a great measuring stick game for them. If they struggle to throw the ball, expect to see the rumors starting to swirl about their need for a receiver.
