3 perfect wide receiver options for the Ravens in the 2020 NFL Draft

Ron Chenoy-USA TODAY Sports

3. Michael Pittman Jr.

As it’s been mentioned by plenty of people before, this year’s class of wide receivers doesn’t lack depth. Given the number of talented wideouts available, the Ravens could choose to target one on day two instead of in the first round.

One wide receiver that would be an ideal fit for Baltimore on day two is Michael Pittman Jr out of USC. Standing at 6-foot-4, 220 pounds, Pittman is exactly the prototype of receiver the Ravens are looking for.

In his final season at USC, Pittman hauled in 101 passes for 1,275 yards and 11 touchdowns. Those numbers are even more impressive when you consider he caught passes from three different quarterbacks in 2019.

Due to his size, Pittman somewhat lacks the ability to create separation from defenders at times. While he develops his game further, Pittman would immediately be an excellent red-zone target for Jackson.
