Carolina needs help at receiver. D.J. Moore had a breakout season with 87 catches for 1,175 yards but they did not have much else on the outside. Anderson could be an option come free agency.

Anderson has spent the first four years of his career in New York with the Jets. In four years, he has missed just two games and has proven that he is a deep threat. Anderson is averaging 14.8 yards per reception for his career. In 2019, Anderson was a bright spot for a bleak Jets’ team. He caught 52 passes for 779 yards and four touchdowns. Anderson was a nice duo with slot receiver Jamison Crowder but the Jets could look to upgrade in the draft.

Anderson will have many teams looking at him. There are many squads looking for a strong wide receiver. This would work well for the Panthers because Anderson would not have to act as their No. 1 option. If Moore can build off his 2019 campaign, Carolina could have receivers to count on entering 2020.
