1. Austin Hooper, Tight End, Atlanta Falcons
Finally, the Falcons have to prioritize keeping one of their own impending free agents this offseason. Austin Hooper is one of the most underrated tight ends in the NFL and Atlanta cannot afford to lose him.
Hooper caught 75 passes for 787 yards and six touchdowns this season for the Falcons. He missed three games in 2019 due to injury, but still put up big numbers. Atlanta already moved Mohamed Sanu this season, but they can’t afford to lose an athletic tight end.
There will be plenty of teams willing to offer Hooper a lucrative contract. He may end up listening to those pitches. However, the Falcons are a perfect fit for him and if they offer a good deal he should be back next season.
