1. Rush Defense

Did the Browns’ defense do anything well on Sunday? Lamar Jackson finished 20-25 for 275 yards and three touchdowns. The Ravens scored 38 points and this game was never close. Something for Cleveland to hang their hats on is that Jackson led the Ravens in rushing with just 45 yards.

Mark Ingram had a tremendous season in 2019 and he was held to 29 yards on 10 carries. Rookie J.K. Dobbins scored two touchdowns but he ended the game with 22 yards.

Heading into Week 2, there is another pretty good back in Cincinnati that the Browns will have to shut down. Joe Mixon rushed 19 times for 69 yards against the Chargers. Those are numbers that the Browns will live with on Thursday night.

This is a game where Cleveland will have to make the rookie quarterback beat them in his second start. Stop Mixon and put pressure on Burrow. The front seven of the Browns is extremely important this week.
