49ers: 3 reasons Antonio Brown might actually make sense

The San Francisco 49ers were the best team in the NFC last season and came up just short in the Super Bowl against the Kansas City Chiefs. It was a very disappointing end to a very successful season. Now, the 49ers are once again being viewed as legitimate championship contenders heading into the 2020 NFL season.

Kyle Shanahan and company had one of the league’s most potent offensive attacks last season. They relied heavily on the run, but Jimmy Garoppolo and the passing game found a ton of success as well.

Unfortunately, the 49ers lost one of their most consistent offensive weapons this offseason when Emmanuel Sanders signed with the New Orleans Saints. San Francisco still has a lot of talent at receiver in Deebo Samuel, Brandon Aiyuk, Dante Pettis, Kendrick Bourne, and Jalen Hurd. However, they could use another playmaker.

Enter veteran superstar free agent Antonio Brown. Before you shut this down, there are plenty of reasons why the 49ers and Brown could make perfect sense.
