Eddie Jackson, Safety
It’s hard to pick just one defensive back from the Bears’ sterling defensive performance against the Bills. After all, cornerback Kyle Fuller recorded his fourth interception of the year to tie several other players for the top spot in the NFL and he also notched two other passes defensed. Additionally, safety Adrian Amos had seven tackles (six solo), a sack and an interception of his own.
But I’m going to go with Chicago’s other starting safety, Eddie Jackson. The 25-year-old, who is in his second year in the NFL, finished Sunday’s game with six tackles (five solo) and a second-quarter fumble recovery that he returned 65 yards for a touchdown.
Here’s a look at Jackson’s play, which put the Bears up 14-0 midway through the second quarter:

Jackson may not have forced the fumble, but it’s impressive that he was able to pick it up and take it to the house. Some guys wouldn’t have been able to wrangle the ball that close to the sidelines, much less turn it into six points.
