Anonymous Raiders’ Player Brutally Rips Into Josh McDaniels

Josh McDaniels, Raiders

There isn’t a team in the NFL that has suffered as embarrassing losses as the Las Vegas Raiders have under head coach Josh McDaniels. While they don’t have the worst record in the league during his tenure, some of the losses are truly inexcusable.

Last season, they lost to a Los Angeles Rams team that was quarterbacked by Baker Mayfield, who had been with the team for 48 hours. Jeff Saturday was hired as interim head coach of the Indianapolis Colts without experience above high school and defeated the Raiders.

The most recent loss takes the cake. With Justin Fields injured, the Chicago Bears turned to undrafted Tyson Bagnet out of Division II Shepard University; the last time he started a game it was a loss to the Colorado School of Mines. He helped the Bears defeat the Raiders in Week 7 in blowout fashion.

The losing is something star players such as wide receiver Davante Adams, running back Josh Jacobs and pass rusher Maxx Crosby have spoken about during interviews. But, things are getting a lot worse for McDaniels, as players recently ripped into him anonymously.

As shared by MLFootball on X, via Mitchell Renz, players are not happy. They believe the system that McDaniels is using on offense is archaic and too predictable. In their game against Chicago last week, defensive players were calling out what was coming ahead of the snap, which a player admitted was the worst feeling.

It certainly sounds like there is trouble in Sin City for McDaniels. This is something every Bill Belichick disciple has had issues with when leaving the New England Patriots as they are attempting to replicate what Belichick has accomplished.

The biggest issue with that, which Belichick is now finding out the hard way, is none of them have a Tom Brady leading the team. The Raiders have Brady as a partial owner, but he isn’t coming down to the field to save them.
