Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is one of the best players in the NFL. He has ascended up the rankings throughout his career and is now the main reason that Buffalo is a Super Bowl contender year in and year out.

Josh Allen got to this level through some hard work and perseverance. Things didn’t always go well for him in the NFL as the Wyoming product struggled mightily early in his career. He completed only 56.3 percent of his passes in his first two seasons in the NFL, throwing 30 touchdowns and 21 interceptions.

From Year 3 on, Josh Allen has completed at least 63.3 percent of his pass each season with 35+ touchdowns as well. To boot, he is one of the better running quarterbacks in the league as well, as the Bills routinely use him as their short-yardage and goal-line back.

To get into the zone pregame players have different rituals and superstitions that they perform. Josh Allen is part of that group, but his superstition is one that many people would find extremely weird and even grotesque.

According to wide receiver Gabriel Davis, his quarterback throws up before every game that he plays in. Davis revealed this bizarre tidbit when making an appearance on The 2nd Wind Podcast, as Josh Allen has to have arguably the weirdest pre-game rituals in the NFL.

Part of the reason that Josh Allen does this ritual is that he is trying to get rid of the nerves about playing. While some people will certainly find this as a weird way to rid themselves of nerves, it is something that has clearly worked for Josh Allen throughout his playing days.

As long as the Bills continue winning games with him under center, and he doesn’t have to do anything that will jeopardize himself or the franchise, the team is okay with him doing whatever pregame routine helps him get going.
