Super Wild Card Weekend was a successful one for the Kansas City Chiefs. They were able to withstand the arctic temperatures at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, defeating the Miami Dolphins 26-7 to advance to the Divisional Round.
For the first time in his career, Patrick Mahomes will be heading on the road for a postseason game. The Chiefs will be traveling to Orchard Park to take on the Buffalo Bills to add another chapter to their burgeoning playoff rivalry.
But, before the Chiefs fans turn their attention to the Bills, they had some unfinished business to handle with Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni. Kansas City defeated Philadelphia for the Super Bowl last season and the teams had a rematch on Monday Night Football in Week 11.

The Eagles went into Arrowhead and defeated the Chiefs 21-17 in comeback fashion. That led to a video going viral of Sirianni after the game heading through the tunnel into the locker room, letting fans have it.

Since Sirianni did that, the Eagles’ season has gone down the tubes. He just doesn’t learn his lesson, as he made gestures on the sideline during the Super Bowl as well when a play was being reviewed, which was caught on camera, and his team fell short in that instance as well.
People who backed the Chiefs weren’t going to let Sirianni forget about this one, as social media was ablaze with comments trolling and ripping him apart. One person who joined in was FS1 host Nick Wright, who is also a bigger supporter of Kansas City.
Over 25,000 accounts and counting liked his post on X, formerly Twitter, following the Eagles being eliminated from the postseason by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday night. Philadelphia lost 32-9, as Tampa Bay is advancing to face the Detroit Lions.

Another Chiefs user poked fun at the Eagles, including a funny gif in their response. “Me watching Nick Sirianni get sent home early after talking crap to Chiefs fans,” the user said.
While the Chiefs are preparing for another playoff game next week, the Eagles and Sirianni have begun their offseason plans. Plenty of questions have swirled about his job security, as the Philadelphia head coach is certainly going to be on the hot seat, at the very least, heading into the 2024 season should he retain his position.
