Nick Chubb and the Cleveland Browns are entering Week 2 NFL action with a 1-0 record after dominating the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 1 by a final score of 24-3. Next up will be the Pittsburgh Steelers this week on Monday Night Football. There is no love between these two teams and it will be a very fun matchup between the AFC North rivals.

Heading into the game, no one knows quite what to expect. The Browns looked better than advertised last week, while the Steelers ended up losing to the San Francisco 49ers by a final score of 30-7.

Despite the dominant win over the Bengals, Chubb issued a major warning to the Steelers about even more coming.

“I think for the most part it was kind of a sloppy game for us,” Chubb said. “That wasn’t even our best, I don’t think, under those circumstances with the rain and the weather. But I think we have a long way to go. But I think we made a small glimpse of what we can do.”

Clearly, this was a message being sent to the Steelers, at least indirectly. Chubb is stating boldly that the Browns didn’t even play a good game and dominated the Bengals. He’s insinuating that this week the Browns will play much better.

In Week 1 against Cincinnati, Chubb carried the football 18 times for 106 yards. He didn’t find the end zone, but he proved once again that he’s still one of the most feared running backs in the NFL. Chubb also caught four passes for 21 yards in the big win.

It will be interesting to see how the Browns and Steelers match up. Both teams have very talented rosters and the Steelers will be looking to get the bad taste of the 49ers’ game out of their mouth. Nick Chubb and Cleveland will have their work cut out for them.

Expect to see Chubb come out and back up his talk with good play. If the Browns’ defense plays like it did in Week 1, they will have a very good shot to improve to 2-0.
