Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott put forth yet another impressive performance on Sunday night, going 24-for-39 with 271 yards and a couple of touchdowns in a blowout win over the Philadelphia Eagles. He has continued to move up the MVP ladder as a result.

According to the latest odds from Caesar’s Sportsbook, Prescott is now the odds-on favorite to win the NFL MVP award this season at +170. He has surpassed San Francisco 49ers signal-caller Brock Purdy, who was previously No. 1 on the list going into Week 14.

Prescott has been on a tear recently, going four straight games without an interception. During the Cowboys’ five-game winning streak, he has totaled 15 touchdowns and just one interception.

On the season overall, the 30-year-old has thrown for a league-leading 28 touchdowns to go along with 3,505 yards. He has also tossed just six picks while completing 69.3 percent of his passes and posting a passer rating of 107.5.

All of this comes after Prescott got off to a rather tough start this season, accumulating just six touchdowns and four interceptions over his first six games. Since then, the Mississippi State product has amassed 22 touchdowns and just two interceptions.

Prescott was originally selected by Dallas in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft and was pressed into unexpected starting duty due to an injury to Tony Romo. He ended up making the Pro Bowl in his rookie campaign and has held the starting job ever since.

The Cowboys improved to 10-3 with their win over the Eagles and also moved into first place in the NFC East due to the tiebreaker.

Dak Prescott and his club will aim to continue their recent stretch of dominant play when they head on the road to take on the Buffalo Bills next weekend.

Following their meeting with the Bills, the Cowboys will battle the Miami Dolphins, Detroit Lions and Washington Commanders to close out the regular season.
