During his time at Super Bowl LVIII Radio Row this week, Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love took a moment to reflect on the toughest defenses he encountered throughout the season.

Topping Love’s list was none other than the Kansas City Chiefs, a selection that comes as no surprise given the formidable prowess of Steve Spagnuolo’s defensive unit.

Finishing the regular season ranked second in yards allowed and sacks, the Chiefs proved to be a formidable challenge for Love and the Packers.

Despite putting up impressive numbers against them, including 256 yards and three touchdowns on December 31st, Love ranked the Minnesota Vikings second on his list of toughest defenses faced. Following closely behind were the San Francisco 49ers, landing in third place among all the defensive squads Love encountered over the season.

While acknowledging the Chiefs as the most formidable, Love expressed a desire for another opportunity to face off against the 49ers during an interview with Dan Patrick on Friday.

“Being a competitor I’d like to see that Niners team to be able to prove that we can beat them.”

Closing out the season as Green Bay’s full-time starter, Love’s stats boasted 4,159 passing yards, 32 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions.

Looking ahead, if the Packers can capitalize on their late-season momentum and continue to build upon their successes, they could emerge as legitimate Super Bowl contenders in the coming year. Jordan Love certainly appears to be a rising superstar that could lead his team to a ring.
