Minnesota Vikings: What to Expect from Kirk Cousins in 2018

Tim Heitman-USA TODAY Sports

Wrapping It Up

Overall, from a stats and metrics point of view, Kirk Cousins should provide an upgrade over Case Keenum provided that he’s given time to throw the ball.

I have no doubt that Cousins will surpass 4,000 yards and 25 touchdowns and a 65 percent completion percentage. He will be a stabilizing leader in the huddle. He will be well-liked by teammates and fans. The real question is if Cousins can handle to pressure should the Vikings offensive line be as bad as advertised.

If so, the Cousins could lead the Vikings to their first Super Bowl win. If not then it will be just another disappointment to add to the list for Vikings fans.
