The No. 1 topic of discussion around the football world is what will Aaron Rodgers do. The future Hall of Famer is returning from his darkness retreat and we should have an idea of what his plans are for the future.

The Green Bay Packers could make that decision for him, as they are reportedly done with him and ready to move on with Jordan Love being their starting quarterback. If that is the case, then it would seem that a trade would be the likeliest outcome for Aaron Rodgers this offseason.

The asking price for him will be very high, as Green Bay is reportedly seeking two first-round picks in exchange for Aaron Rodgers. That is a price that the New York Jets have said they are willing to pay as Woody Johnson wants a quarterback upgrade regardless of cost.

Because of that, it should be no surprise that the Jets are the odds-on favorites to acquire Aaron Rodgers. Their odds are currently set at +275, which is an implied percentage of 26.7. One team that is surprisingly high on that list is the Miami Dolphins. They are currently fourth with odds of +550, which is an implied probability of 15.4 percent.

The Dolphins seemed to be in great shape with Tua Tagovailoa. However, with his long-term health in question, Miami may have to re-evaluate things at the quarterback position. Tagovailoa suffered two documented concussions during the 2022 season and spent more than a month in concussion protocol after the one he suffered on Christmas Day against the Packers.

When Tagovailoa was healthy, the Dolphins looked like they could be legitimate contenders. If he isn’t an option, Aaron Rodgers would be a wonderful Plan B as Miami would remain a dangerous team with him running the offense.

Second on the list behind the Jets is the Las Vegas Raiders, who have odds of +300 and an implied probability of 25 percent. In third place was the Packers, who have odds of +325 and an implied probability of 23.5 percent.

There is a large gap after that top-four as the Tennessee Titans and Indianapolis Colts are the last two listed teams. Along with that, The Field and Retirement are also lined, as all four options have odds of at least +1000 and an implied probability of under 10 percent.

There is no doubt that Aaron Rodgers would be an improvement for all of the teams listed on the board as potential landing spots. The Dolphins would certainly be an intriguing landing spot given the star duo of Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle that they have at the wide receiver position.
