1. Dallas Cowboys

We listed three teams that could go after Dak Prescott if he leaves for free agency but it seems unlikely that he even gets to that point. The Dallas Cowboys and their quarterback have mutual interest for the future and it seems as though he will be under center for Dallas in 2021.

The Cowboys have built a team ready to win. Elliott and Cooper are locked up. The offensive line is set. They drafted Trevon Diggs to play cornerback and their front seven is strong. Jason Garrett was finally relieved of his duties and Mike McCarthy was brought in to be the head coach. It would be strange for the Cowboys to make these moves just to let their franchise quarterback leave in free agency.

Dallas is paying Prescott $31.4 million this season. That is not a small amount of money so it seems unlikely that they would give him that just to let him go. This is about where Prescott will play in 2021.

While it would be a huge splash an extremely entertaining to see Prescott in a new uniform in 2021, it is hard to imagine the Cowboys letting it happen.
