Todd Gurley Set for Bounce-Back Season

Todd Gurley’s situation with the Atlanta Falcons gives him the final advantage over Los Angeles’ backs. The Georgia product joins a team with more experienced leaders and a diverse set of weapons that even challenge Los Angeles’ arsenal.

While the Rams need a great running game to thrive, in previous seasons, Atlanta’s offense performed at a high level without an elite ground game.

There’s less pressure on Gurley than there is on Los Angeles’ running backs. He’s also stepping into a backfield with limited competition, whereas the Rams aren’t sure who their starter is yet.

While Gurley single-handedly won’t outproduce Los Angeles’ backfield this year, he should have a more impressive season.
