Predicting the 2020 NFL season for Packers RB Aaron Jones

Aaron Jones, Packers
NFL Analysis Network

Aaron Jones had a massive breakout season for the Green Bay Packers last season. He became one of the NFL’s star running backs and will look to continue that trend this year. Another big year would bode well for his bank account as he will hit the free agency market next offseason.

In addition to his personal performance, Jones helped lead the Packers to a 13-3 regular season record in 2019. Green Bay also made a run to the NFC Championship Game.

During the 2019 season with the Packers, Jones racked up 1,084 rushing yards to go along with 16 touchdowns on 236 carries. He also caught 49 passes for 474 yards and three more scores.

Green Bay has been trying to find a legitimate dual-threat star at the running back position for years. Jones took a ton of pressure off of Aaron Rodgers and the passing game last year. The 2020 season should see more of the same.

All of that being said, let’s dive in and take a look at what the Packers should be expecting from Aaron Jones this season.
