Thielen Will Set A Career High In Touchdowns

Coming into the 2020 NFL season, Thielen’s career-high in touchdowns has been nine, a mark he set in his 2018 season. But that’s going to change in 2020.

For the first time in his career, Thielen will hit the double-digit mark. With Justin Jefferson being a bigger body, that should bring the focus in the red zone to Jefferson, as well as tight end Kyle Rudolph.

That should allow Thielen to see more 1-on-1 matchups towards the end zone that he can take advantage of.

The Vikings’ offense was led in receiving touchdowns by a the trio of Stefon Diggs, Thielen and Rudolph, all who had six. In 2020, Thielen will see a new career high for touchdowns, reeling in at least 10.
