Relationship with Tom Brady

There was a clear connection building between Tom Brady and Antonio Brown when they shared the field together with the New England Patriots. That was ended just a game after it began as a result of rape and sexual assault accusations against the star wideout.

Reports that surfaced after Brown being released mentioned that Brady was ‘apparently disappointed’ with the Patriots deciding to release his star target. The six-time Super Bowl champion was ‘trying to help Brown stabilize’ and disagreed with New England’s decision to sever ties.

Brady was telling prospective teams that he wanted Brown to be brought in with him. That is a clear sign they have developed a legitimate relationship with one another. The Buccaneers apparently aren’t interested in this proposition though.

There isn’t much time left in Brady’s career so the Buccaneers don’t have to worry too much about disappointing him. However, it’s clear Brown is a player Brady wants to play with and he’d likely sign for way under market value if reinstated.
